We are also aware that there are instances such as damaged or defective products that would require a refund and/or an exchange. If you will need to return your product, please review the information below.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of your receipt date for a refund.
- Items marked final sale at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- For items that can be returned, we can only accept beauty items back to us if they have been unused and are still sealed in original packaging for hygiene purposes.
If your item arrives damaged or defective and you would like a refund or exchange, please contact us at contactdevereauxbeauty@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase date and include your order number in the email subject line, photo documentation of any reported damage or defect. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response.
We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable unless the return was a result of our error.
Refunds will either be issued to your credit card company or bank depending on your method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company regarding the status of your refund once the refund has been issued, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
